Great company to deal with

I purchased this kit and it cam very well packed. There was 1 item that I was disappointed with and that was the cloth cover was so small and no elastic, jut sewn together, and there was no way it was going to fit. I emailed the company and they were very quick to get back to me and they resolved the issue. They were very friendly and fast and I will be buying other items from them

Great product

Good product had a small problem with the fabric cover for the jar but was resolved quickly and efficiently by customer support team. I like how the bands work to help keep track of the starter feeding schedule. I would definitely recommend this product and this company. A picture of the bread my wife made it was first time.

Great Sour Dough Starter Kit

I received this sour dough starter kit as a gift. I really love it! I shared it on my video for making sour dough starter from scratch! There are a couple of minor thoughts regarding the band and the markings on the jar. The band slips down, when it is placed near the bottom of the jar. Possibly needs to be tighter, or more like a large rubber band. Also, the measurement on the jar is in ml. Create a small conversion chart for ounces. (USA) I also did not find a sour dough recipe in the box as stated. But I have many other recipes! I love the whole concept of a kit! Especially for new bread beginners making starter! I shared this on my video so others could purchase!
